The business was started in 1993 by Paul Temple initially as a sole Trader and was incorporated it in 2003.
We specialize in working with owner managed Business's and with up to 20 employees (average) although we have been involved in bigger companies in more specialised projects.
Over the years we have been involved in several business's which grew from 2 or 3 people to, in one case over 200 within 4 years (although that was exceptional).
We also recently completed a sale for £30 million of a Company which only started in April 2005, we were involved right from the start.
In addition to that over the past 24 months we have assisted with three other business's being sold.
Joanne Temple joined the business full time in 2003, Joanne is also a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and looks after the payroll and HR services in the Business.
